The Gensaco "Gen 1.2" is a Home model, Semi-Professional, heayy
duty machine, which is portable and yet practical, simple to use and
yet durable and powerful, just like the most expensive commercial
machines that you find on the Market.
In fact the brass chromed
brewing head and the portafilter are of the same size and weight of the
commercial espresso machines used in Restaurants, Hotels and coffee Bar.
The Gen 1.2 is also quick to heat up to operating pressure from cold
machine. it is built with stainless steel (except for
the drain basket and the outer casing), copper and brass, and it is
extremely easy and safe to use. The Gen 1.2 has a sturdy, modern and
sleek design that will appeal to everyone.
Beside a pressure control cut-off, it also has a low water cut off ,
that will prevent the machine to operate, if not enough water is inside
the reservoir.
The Gen 1.2 can be fitted with a Special Brewing head and a Special
Handle wich will accommodate the use of PODS. (Preground, proportioned
espresso in a fitter).
The Gen 1.2 Espresso machine by GENSACO features powerful steam
pressure for quick cappuccino steaming, strong pump pressure for
'cremoso' espresso delivery and crystalline hot water delivery for
quick teas, soups, hot chocolate servings.
